What we do

Cotton in.

Finished garments out.

Seven stages, one group, no handoffs to strangers.

Why it matters

Control every stage, or explain every delay.

Continuous production is the nucleus of our trade. Controlling every stage in-house — from yarn to finished garment — is what lets us hold quality, delivery and traceability to the same standard across four countries. Nothing waits on a supplier we do not own.

It is also why a buyer can trace a single garment back through sewing, cutting, printing, dyeing, knitting and spinning without leaving the group.

Vertical integration

Seven stages, one group.

Select a stage to see what happens inside it, and what we can run.

Spinning

Yarn production inside the group, so fibre quality is set by us and not bought in. Counts and blends are specified to the customer’s fabric standard before a single metre is knitted.

Dyeing & finishing

Our fabric processing unit has run since 2007, controlling shade, hand-feel and shrinkage in-house. Dyeing is where most babywear programmes are won or lost.
